“The set design for 1984 had to be minimalist yet versatile, incorporating our green screens into the space. Said green screens allowed for endless possibilities with scenic design choices—this introduced a new challenge while allowing us to be inventive and original. As per usual, the set and scenic departments worked closely during the show. However, the media department was also heavily involved in our processes for this show in order to put the green screens to use.”
