ABOUT THE PLAY
Set in St. Petersburg, Russia, Raskolnikov, an impoverished former student, plots and commits a murder, then grapples with the psychological and moral consequences of his actions. The play, based on Fyodor Dostoevsky's novel, explores themes of guilt, redemption, and the nature of good and evil through Raskolnikov's internal struggles and interactions with other characters.

Join us for a student-focused, student-led theatre experience where you’ll receive expert training from award-winning members of Carnegie Theatre Co. With our specialized curriculum, your camper will build confidence both on stage and behind the scenes, working with a variety of different workshops designed to hone theatrical skills. Students will learn both ACTING or TECHNICAL THEATRE tracks, gaining valuable skills in every area of theatre production!
